Real estate lender Beaufort Capital has arranged a long term financing facility for LNT Care Developments, to build 264 care beds all across England.

Teignmouth, Devon located residential care home has been acquired by Kennedy Sabapathy, who owns five care homes with three in neighbouring locations.

Care home developer, Simply Develop UK, has purchased a development site in Pagham, West Sussex with a planning permission of 80-bedroom care home.
