Octopus Capital has completed a £30 million forward funding deal with Synergy Care Developments for the delivery of two new, purpose-built care homes.

Care provider Kara Healthcare has acquired Simmins Crescent Residential Home in Leicester from sight loss charity Vista.

The Prestige Group has acquired West Lodge Care Home in Crook, County Durham, a family-run residential care facility registered for up to 60 residents.
