Complex care provider Badby Park Group has appointed former Holmes Care chief operating officer Paul Hill as its new chief executive.
Hill will head up the group’s portfolio of complex care facilities, Badby Park, Daventry and Adderley Green, Stoke. He has held positions in several health and social care organisations over the past 10 years, including Swanton Care & Community, Consensus and the National Fostering Agency.
Badby Park provides rehabilitation, long-term care, respite and palliative care services for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain injuries and spinal injuries.
Badby Park director Tim Street said: “Paul brings with him the perfect blend of experience, energy and vision. I have no doubt that under his leadership he will build a strong team united with one purpose, to deliver the highest quality care for our residents – care that is truly transformative.”
