Channel 3 Consulting: Joe Harrison

London-based Channel 3 Consulting, which provides services to health, care, and public service organisations, has appointed Joe Harrison as strategic advisor, to support the company’s next phase of growth across health and care.
Harrison is experienced in in digital transformation across the NHS, and is chief executive of Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and national director for digital channels at NHS England.
Harrison said: “I’m pleased to be joining Channel 3 at such a pivotal moment. I’ve worked with the team and know the impact they make on the ground. They combine strategic thinking with delivery that works, which is exactly what systems need right now.
“Digital transformation can’t be theoretical. It needs to be connected to the reality of clinical practice, organisational pressures, and service improvement. Channel 3 understands that. I’m looking forward to helping them expand their influence and support even more organisations to deliver meaningful change.”
Leo Jones, chief executive of Channel 3 Consulting, commented: “Joe brings enormous credibility, insight and leadership at a time when the NHS is under pressure to deliver smarter, joined-up digital change. His national perspective and operational understanding will strengthen the work we’re doing across systems, from EPR programmes and strategic transformation, to the development of new models of care.
“As we continue to grow, our focus is clear – helping clients move from strategy to impact, and building solutions that genuinely change lives. Joe’s appointment will play a key role in that.”
