Social care company Envivo Group has appointed Natalie Macpherson to the newly created role of director of commercial operations.

Envivo Group includes the Heathcotes Group, TLC Care and Support, Fieldbay, Vision Mental Healthcare and New Directions and provides a range of services including long-term residential, nursing, outreach and supported living services for adults with complex and challenging needs across England and Wales.

Macpherson began her career as a support worker and has working her way up to director. She has worked in a variety of care settings including Homefield College which is an independent specialist residential college, MacIntyre, a national charity providing care, support and education services for children’s and adults with learning disabilities, and most recently Horizon Care and Education Group as business development director.

Macpherson said: “It’s a really exciting time to be joining Envivo. I’ve already witnessed the high standards of care on offer to the people we support, and I’m looking forward to helping the business continue to develop in this area.

“This new position will help us to improve and develop our operational standards and compliance. This, in turn, will help us to drive efficiency, effectiveness and quality outcomes for both the people we support as well as our colleagues, as we work towards a culture of one Envivo.”

Compass Executives’ director Ben Westcott advised on the appointment.
