Envivo Group has appointed Phil Andrews as property and development director to ensure the properties in its portfolio are maintained to a high quality.
The business provides specialist care and support across England and Wales which encompasses TLC Care and Support, Heathcotes, Fieldbay, CPI and Crusader Care, New Directions, and Vision Mental Healthcare.
Andrews has more than 30 years’ experience working in property, development, construction and asset management across various sectors, leading multidisciplined teams responsible for organic growth, refurbishment and maintaining estates. He was previously development and property director with Sunrise Senior Living on the executive leadership team responsible for property, development and IT in the UK. Before that he worked with developers and contractors responsible from project inception through to project delivery for various clients.

Executive search company Carter Schwartz’s head of practice, Linda Stock advised on the appointment. Envivo and Carter Schwartz stated that they have worked closely in recent months to strengthen Envivo’s leadership team as the business looks to grow.
