Martin Jones, chief executive of Home Instead UK said: “As we work to expand the scope of our service, we need to challenge ourselves to be the best we can be. Sanjeev’s excellent credentials and broad range of experience will help us to think big. People’s homes will be the hospitals of the future. We already have much in place but our sector needs to be constantly looking ahead in order to meet the needs of clients in the future.”
Kaushal commented: “Home Instead has a fantastic reputation as a forward-facing company and the team has a clear direction of travel, united behind a commitment to establish homecare as the default norm care option. This is a really exciting time in the sector; over-65s now outnumber 15-year-olds for the first time. We are seeing the impact of the integration of technology in how care is delivered and there is a massive opportunity to transform the range of care services delivered without compromising on quality
“Home Instead is at the forefront of new developments and setting industry leading care standards and I’m delighted to have the opportunity to be part of that journey.”
