Lovett Care: Melanie Phillips

Melanie Phillips

Lovett Care has appointed Melanie Phillips as head of marketing, tasked with boosting occupancy across Lovett Care’s homes, developing the company’s brand, and leading digital plans.

Phillips has a background in customer relationship management and direct marketing and has worked as a care home marketing consultant since 2019. Her consultancy work included collaborations with several care home operators.

Keith Crockett, chief executive at Lovett, said: “Melanie is a champion for the customer and we, as a care provider, are passionate about people. With our commitment to care, and with Melanie’s industry experience, we look forward to enhancing our communications and further conveying the values that make Lovett unique.”
