Law firm Mills & Reeve has promoted three lawyers to partner level in Health & Care and Life Sciences sectors. These are Shailee Howard, Paul Krivosic and Stephanie Caird and they will be based in London, Birmingham and Cambridge.

Shailee Howard is an expert in Mills & Reeve’s procurement team, advising both the public and private sector on public procurement law. Shailee’s appointment enables the firm to leverage its strong public sector reputation to grow the non-contentious side of the firm’s procurement work.

Paul Krivosic is a corporate lawyer advising on all aspects of corporate law including mergers & acquisitions and other transactions. Paul will focus particularly on the continued growth of Mills & Reeve’s independent sector health and care offering and the wider corporate team.

Stephanie Caird is a life sciences lawyer, supporting a wide range of clients in the pharma and biotech, medical devices and diagnostics sectors. She will support the growth of the firm’s commercial life sciences practice, with a particular focus on med tech, clinical trials and regulatory work.
