PharmaNewcross Healthcare recruits for senior posts
Healthcare and social care recruitment and services provider Newcross Healthcare has made several senior appointments.
Thomas Michalak has been appointed head of product design. Michalak has more than 15 years’ experience in digital, with eight years in the health and pharmaceutical industries. He has worked in rare diseases, healthcare partnership engagement and patient programmes, for organisations such as Pfizer, Novo Nordisk and the NHS..
Paul Green has been appointed vice-president of product management. He has more than 20 years’ experience in online and service industries, with the past 10 years focused on product management of digital products. Green was previously global product director for travel and lifestyle group Ten Lifestyle Group. Before that, worked in senior product and technology positions at large blue-chip organisations such as Sainsbury, Expedia and Air France.
Sanjay Pandya joins as chief information security officer (CISO) from managed services provider Nasstar. Pandya has more than 20 years’ experience working in information and security in sectors such as banking and finance and was also CISO at IT services and consulting company SCC, a largest privately owned technology company.
Robert Chilvers joins as chief data and AI Officer. He has worked for more than 20 years in data and analytics across a wide range of industries, including energy, marketing, fintech, loyalty, media and publishing from start-ups to established global businesses. He was data previously director at energy software company, Kaluza and also worked in senior positions at Virgin Red and Guardian News and Media.
