Real estate investor Octopus Real Estate today announced the appointment of Tim Campbell (pictured) in the newly created role of transactions director, responsible for negotiating, coordinating and executing transactions for Octopus Real Estate’s retirement investments, as well as supporting the company’s relationships with developers and operators.
Octopus Real Estate retirement team partners with institutional investors, operator’s senior management, and retirement community developers.
Campbell was previously investment manager in the central housing team at Legal & General Capital for five years, leading transactions and strategy in multiple residential subsectors, with a focus on retirement and build to rent. Before that, he worked in multi-asset investment management at RSA Insurance Group in London and investment banking in New Zealand.
