Sovereign Capital: Neil Cox, Jeremy Morgan
Private equity firm Sovereign Capital has promoted Neil Cox and Jeremy Morgan to partner.

Cox joined Sovereign from Rothschild in 2007, and has mainly been focused on the business services support sector. Among other deals, he was involved in Sovereign’s investment in veterinary referral centre Willows Veterinary Centre & Referral Service.
Morgan joined Sovereign from Barclays Ventures in 2013, a firm he helped to establish in 1996. Morgan is also focused primarily on the business support services sector. Most recently he worked on the bolt-on acquisition of health & safety provider SM&MS by Sovereign portfolio company Alcumus.
