Terra Firma: Chris Barnes
Chris Barnes has left Terra Firma where he was chief financial officer.
Barnes worked at Terra Firma for 13 years.
The private equity house owns Four Seasons Health Care, which reported falling profits in 2014.
Before that, he worked for accounting firm Arthur Andersen as a senior tax manager.
Barnes has now joined venture capital firm Atomico as chief operating officer. Atomico was established in 2006 by the co-founder of Skype, Niklas Zennström.
