Private equity firm TriSpan has appointed Peter Keegans as executive chair of its UK dental business, The Real Good Dental Company.

Scottish-based Real Good Dental was founded in 2012 by Dr Jagdeep Singh Hans and treats more than 350,000 patients across 46 practices.

Keegans has significant exit experience and senior management experience with Oasis and Colosseum Dental, and has an extensive background in operations, commercial and finance including merger and acquisitions, across the retail, consumer and healthcare sectors.
