Bariatric and cosmetic surgery company Transform Healthcare has appointed Dr Sayani Sainudeen as chief executive, succeeding Tony Veverka, who retains involvement in the strategic direction of the firm in an advisory role as chief executive and director of Transform’s parent company, Y1Capital.

Sainudeen said: “I want to express my gratitude to Tony Veverka for his exemplary leadership and tireless dedication to Transform Healthcare over the years. Tony’s leadership, and return to Transform in 2022, has enabled us to lay a new foundation for the business’s next phase.
