Untold Living: Henry Sumner
Later-living developer-operator Untold Living has appointed Henry Sumner as chief financial officer.
Sumner joined Untold Living in January as interim chief financial officer. before being appointed to the permanent role.
He was previously the operational finance director at Battersea Power Station, where he worked across multiple phases of the mixed-use redevelopment project.
Sumner specialised in real estate and operational finance in his prior roles at Lothbury IM, as property fund controller, and at AXA, overseeing a residential fund. He initially trained as an accountant with EY in the City of London.
Sumner said: “Taking over the mantle of CFO as Untold Living enters its next stage of growth is an exciting opportunity. Now halfway through its second year of operations, Untold continues to be ambitious and unrelenting in its efforts to increase the number of high-quality housing options for older people across the UK.
