With a differentiated proposition providing essential and emerging medical products and devices, our client is a fast-growing supplier to the NHS and international markets.

Having received investment last year, they are both bolstering the team and acquiring new products and businesses. Through a turbulent pandemic, our client managed 20% growth year on year by pivoting quickly and utilising their relationships in the Far East to provide essential equipment to the European health markets.

Their target to triple EBITDA is ambitious but realistic having grown consistently over a substantial period. Our client requires a decisive, credible and strategic leader with deep sector knowledge to drive the development and overall growth of the business. While growth is a key factor with this role, it is also essential to have an individual who will capably lead the sale process and position themselves as the successor for the next phase of growth with an incoming investor.

Starting as CCO and progressing to CEO as the organisation expands, this is a unique leadership challenge that will be critical in ensuring the successful evolution of the business.
