Non-Executive Chair ‘…impact and growth needed with a North American focus’
Our client is a leading disruptive Digital Marketing business focusing within the higher education space. Private equity-backed, the business has built a strong team and culture over the last 6 years. Highly successful in the UK, the business has entered the North American market and see this as a big growth opportunity.
Due to this growth, we now have a requirement for a highly experienced Non-Executive Chair with skills which complement those of the existing board. The business is growing year on year and is embarking on another phase of growth over the next 3 to 5 years.
The ideal candidate will have been part of a digital or edtech business that has seen significant growth and they will have contributed to this with strategic input from an operational perspective. bringing strong market connections and assisting in the international growth of the business in North America.
This is a fully remunerated post with an expected workload of 2 – 3 days per month.
