Lincoln International: Matthew Lee
Lincoln International, a mid-market investment bank, has appointed Matthew Lee as UK head of healthcare.
The appointment will establish the company’s position within the UK healthcare sector in complement to its global healthcare group, the company said.
In the role, Lee will focus on originating and executing mergers and acquisitions, and working with the international team to increase the firm’s capacity to deliver cross-border transactions.
Lee previously worked at KPMG Corporate Finance, Lloyds Development Capital and NM Rothschild, and brings more than 15 years’ mid-market M&A advisory experience on buy and sell-side, for private equity clients, publicly traded and privately held companies.
