London-based private equity investor LDC has appointed Amit Thaper as investment director, with a focus on the healthcare sector.
DMC Healthcare: Phil Curran
DMC Healthcare has appointed Phil Curran (pictured) as business development director at the firm.
His role will include extending the firm’s community care offering into the ear, nose and throat, ophthalmology and urgent care areas.
From March 2011 to September 2012 Curran was interim hospital director at Nuffield Health.
He was business development director for Partnerships in Care from September 2012 to June 2014.
Curran said: “This is an exciting time to be joining DMC and to be extending our dermatology services into other clinical areas… With the increased demand for clinically-driven community services, we are looking forward to increasing our service provision in other areas of the UK.”
