International law firm DAC Beachcroft has promoted three employees to partner in its health and social care team.
Inspiration Healthcare Group: Alan Olby
Medtech company Inspiration Healthcare Group has appointed Alan Olby as chief financial officer.
Olby is an experienced chief financial officer, with international and operational experience within listed and private healthcare companies. He spent 16 years at Sinclair Pharma, of which 12 years were as chief financial officer and a member of the executive leadership team.
During his tenure he oversaw several capital raises, and a number of strategic M&A transactions, including the disposal of the non-core business to Alliance Pharma for £132 million in 2015. Prior to Sinclair Pharma, Olby was group financial controller of Xenova Group and KS Biomedix.
