Aedifica acquires Scottish care home
Belgium-headquartered healthcare real estate investment trust Aedifica has acquired Creggan Bahn Court, a fully operational care home in Ayr in Scotland catering for 58 residents, for approximately £8.5 million.
The home is let on the basis of a new irrevocable 30-year triple net lease and the initial net yield amounts to approximately 6%.
The home offers spacious bedrooms with en suite facilities specifically tailored to suit the needs of seniors requiring continuous care. The home’s operator is Maria Mallaband Care Group, which operates 17 of Aedifica’s homes and 80 homes in total
