Mental health company Cygnet is opening Cygnet Elowen Hospital in Shipley, Derbyshire, in the summer, a new 24-bed hospital for women with eating disorders and mental health issues.

The Schoen Clinic Group has opened Wellen Court, Schoen Clinic York, a nursing home with 24/7 care for people with complex dementia and its associated behaviours.

Preferred Homes has completed its £16.3 million Hunslet Moor House development in Leeds, comprising 63 self-contained apartments.
