A new mental health hospital will open in Rhyl this month with the support of an eight-figure funding package from HSBC UK.

Braid Hills, a former nursing home for 119 residents, will be reopened in the next few years following its acquisition by Crown Care Group.

BIRA Group, which has a portfolio of seven homes in South Wales, has acquired Filed Farm House Residential Home in Hampton Bishop.
