Morrison Community Care Reilly Ventures has secured £48 million in development funding for two new care homes in Enfield and Epping Forest, London.

Cambridge-based OutSee, a genomics and drug discovery company pioneering a predictive genomics approach to target discovery, has secured £1.8 million in seed funding, led by Ahren Innovation Capital.

Franklin Real Asset Advisors has purchased 32 care homes from LDC Care Homes, a real estate property portfolio advised by Elevation Advisors.
