Adam Street Advisers has hired Hugh Brown to work on both healthcare and education deals.

Brown was previously global head of corporate finance (M&A) and head of UK debt advisory at PwC, as well as a senior advisor to US hedge fund Anchorage Capital.

Founder and managing partner of Adam Street Advisers, Andrew Barnsley said he was “delighted” with Brown’s appointment and that he brings “a wealth of experience working with large and mid-size companies and investors” to the firm.
