Duncan Sweetland has joined care home group Advinia Health Care as finance director.

From November 2013 until December 2014, Sweetland (pictured) was finance director for learning disability care provider Sequence Care Group.

He was also finance director at care home group Carebase for three years between January 2010 and December 2012.

Sweetland said he was “delighted” to join the group.

“It is clear that the resident is at the centre of developments in the [Advinia] business. There are many challenges ahead for this expanding group and I look forward to working with all staff at head office and the care homes and with the owners.”
