Chartered surveying and town planning firm Aitchison Raffety has appointed Dave Simpson as associate director within its healthcare team, responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, while expanding the company’s primary care sector presence throughout the country.      

Simpson has more than10 years’ property experience with a significant proportion within the healthcare sector. His healthcare experience includes valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals as well as sale and leaseback of primary care properties.
