Property consultancy Aitchison Raffety has appointed Dom Rosenbaum as an associate director in its healthcare team.

Rosenbaum will lead the company’s healthcare service across the Southwest of the country, based at its new Bristol office. Rosenbaum has 14 years’ experience of working across a broad range of property sectors including commercial and residential. His primary role will be to assist the company’s expansion across the Southwest of England from Devon to Bristol and surrounding areas, undertaking valuation and professional work for healthcare investors, developers and GP surgeries. Rosenbaum previously worked with a regional property consultancy and most recently within the local authority sector.
