Independent chartered surveyors and town planners Aitchison Raffety has appointed Kam Pembele (pictured) as a surveyor within its healthcare division.

Pembele will join Aitchison Raffety’s expanding healthcare team at its St Albans office and brings extensive commercial experience with a particular focus on investments, property and asset management, and valuations – national and international.

Pembele joins from CBRE where she tutored commercial property management at the University College of Estates Management.

In her new role Pembele will specialise in progressing rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as providing asset management advice to clients.
