Chartered surveying and town planning firm Aitchison Raffety has appointed Neil Allison as associate director and Robert Hearle as senior surveyor.

The two have been promoted from positions within the company.

Allison joins from Aitchison Raffety’s valuations team in Birmingham and  undertakes the valuation of dental surgeries for lending purposes.

Hearle moves up within the healthcare team, advising on medical centre valuations and investment strategy.
