Chartered surveyors Aitchison Raffety has appointed Niall O’Regan (pictured) as an associate director within its healthcare team.

O’Regan will be responsible for providing strategic advice to clients looking to build healthcare portfolios, as well as undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals for the team’s healthcare clients and advising on sale and leaseback, and asset management opportunities in the healthcare sector.

Previously, O’Regan worked at MyDentist where he worked as an estate manager responsible for the management of a portfolio of approximately 150 dental practice properties across the South East. Prior to this he has held various estate management and commercial agency positions in Central London.
