Chartered surveyors Aitchison Raffety has promoted Paula Mace to director within its healthcare division. 

Mace joined Aitchison Raffety 16 years ago as a trainee surveyor developing her expertise on the job. Following qualification she was first promoted to senior surveyor and then associate director. 

Mace is recognised as an RICS independent expert and became deputy head of healthcare in 2016.
