Faisal Belhoul and Khaldoun Haj Hasan have stepped down from their roles as non-executive directors from London-listed Al Noor Hospitals Group with immediate effect.

The move follows Astro II SPV, a subsidiary of private equity firm Ithmar Capital, disposing of Al Noor shares.

Belhoul is founder and chairman of UAE-listed Ithmar Capital. The PE firm led Al Noor through an initial public offering in August 2013. Hasan is also a director and co-founder at Ithmar.
