Alpha Helix Corporate Finance (AHCF), a London-based lower mid-market healthcare corporate finance advisory firm, has appointed Steve Travers as senior advisor to lead the company’s coverage of UK healthcare services.
Travers has worked at executive level career in the healthcare services sector for almost 15 years. His previous positions include director, healthcare for Civitas Investment Management, a real estate investor operating in the specialist healthcare and social housing sector; chief executive of specialist care provider Pathways Care Group; and group corporate development director for the Priory Group, the behavioural healthcare company.
During his career Travers has completed more than £0.5 billion of acquisitions, with individual deals ranging in enterprise value from £2 million to £100 million-plus. He has also set up businesses and completed corporate disposals, and participated in a number of private equity exits as well as IPO processes.
