Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), the professional services firm, has appointed Dhruv Sarda as senior director for its M&A strategy and post-merger integration practice in Europe.

Sarda previously worked as managing director at Accenture for its M&A practice in the UK and Ireland.

Lawrence Hutter, chief executive of Alvarez & Marsal European Corporate Solutions, said that Dhruv brought “significant pan-European transaction experience across the entire M&A lifecycle”.

Hutter added: “The strength and calibre of his expertise align perfectly with our growing team.”
