European animal hospital and clinic group Anicura has appointed Francisco Lobbosco as chief operating officer.
Anicura is owned by Mars Petcare and the role will be based in the Netherlands.
Lobbosco was previously retail operating director of Vision Express and before that the Argentina country manager for GrandVision.
Executive search company Compass Executives advised on the appointment.
