Apposite Capital: Cécile Nguyen-Cluzel
Healthcare specialist private equity investor Apposite Capital has appointed Cécile Nguyen-Cluzel as a senior advisor, to help develop its business in France and other European markets.
Nguyen-Cluzel has more than 28 years’ experience of investing in the small and lower-midcap market in France, mostly in the healthcare sector, with notable deals including IMMR, a life science outsourced research provider and Orthoway an orthopaedic clinic business. She has also developed an extensive network of entrepreneurs, experts and advisors.

She was appointed partner in 2008, member of the MBO+ management board in 2019, and was responsible for ESG at MBO+ from 2019 to 2022, alongside her investment activities.
Sam Gray, managing partner of Apposite Capital said: “Apposite has grown significantly over the past several years including expanding our geographic scope with investments now in six European countries.
