Aria Care Group has appointed Ruth Yates as managing director of operations, assuming operational responsibility for the group’s 50 communities.

Yates said: “I’m really excited about the new role. It’s a great organisation and I work with amazing people – everybody wants to do the right thing, so now it’s about bringing it together for a consistent approach, still with individuality and personality.

“Ultimately, it’s about giving fantastic care to people living in our communities. Wherever you are, whether that be England, Scotland or Jersey, it’s about being able to deliver the best quality care within all communities and afford people care from the heart.

“I’m a firm believer in empowering and supporting our colleagues to develop and grow, therefore enabling them to provide the best possible care.”
