Ashridge Home Care: Louise Joslin
Home care company Ashridge Home Care has appointed Louise Joslin as managing director.
Joslin has 18 years’ experience in the care sector working across a variety of areas, from elderly care with complex conditions to learning disabilities. Most recently she worked at Oxford Aunts and before that The Good Care Group. Joslin is also a trustee at two Buckinghamshire charities, The South Bucks Downs Syndrome Group and Talkback UK, which helps those with autism and learning difficulties to understand their skills and how to make the most of them within their communities.
Joslin said: “Ashridge has an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding care and I am pleased to be joining them at a period of growth. It is clearly challenging in the sector at the moment, however I am confident with this amazing team that we can improve the lives of many.
“My overarching mission is twofold. Firstly, to keep our clients at the heart of everything we do, supporting better outcomes and highlighting that care at home is a real option with wide ranging benefits, including a better quality of life. Secondly, to recognise carers for their hard work and dedication demonstrated daily. I know Ashridge share this vision and together we can continue raise the profile of care as a skilled and vital workforce.” Ashridge’s founder Trudi Scrivener said: “I’ve known Louise for many years and she has a fabulous reputation within the industry. We are delighted she’s joined us and I’m confident she will deliver the best for the carers and our clients
