UK primary care REIT Assura has appointed Patrick Lowther as an associate director of property.

A chartered surveyor, Lowther joins Assura after eight years at Savills Investment Management where he focused on investment strategy for domestic pension funds, and most recently overseas sovereign investors. He previously worked within the acquisition and investment teams at ING Real Estate.

Property director at Assura, Andrew Darke, commented: “We’re delighted to have Patrick joining us in this brand new role for the company.
