Audley Group: Mark Sadler, Daren Little and Sian Hammer

Retirement villages provider Audley Group has announced three appointments to its senior leadership team.

Mark Sadler has been appointed group general counsel to lead the company’s legal function and advise on transactions, operations, compliance and governance. Sadler was previously senior legal counsel at Intu Properties advising on M&A, joint ventures and financing. His previous experience includes delivering the Olympic programme during the London 2012 Games at Westfield Stratford City, and more than a decade in real estate at law firm Ashurst and Nabarro (now CMS).

Daren Little has been appointed IT director, responsible for the development and delivery of technology strategy and overseeing the development of a high-performance technological infrastructure across the group. During his 18 years at a global distribution company, Little gained experience of leading large-scale IT transformational projects, including M&A activities.

Sadler and Little will report directly to Audley Group chief financial officer Gary Burton.

Sian Hammer has been appointed as sales director to lead the sales functions across Audley and Mayfield Villages, reporting to managing director Paul Morgan. Hammer has more than 25 years’ experience in the healthcare and property sales industries.
