Complex care provider Badby Park Group has appointed Diana Nash as its new human resources (HR) director.

Nash was previously Caring Homes Group’s senior HR business partner. A company statement said she will have a “significant input into shaping the overall strategy for the business, its focus and direction” and that she will be “responsible for ensuring that the group has the people and the talent to support an exciting period of growth”.

Badby Park Group chief executive Paul Hill said: “I’m delighted that Diana has agreed to join us. She will play a pivotal role in the growth of the group in the coming years. I have no doubt that her knowledge and experience will help us build a first class team with a shared vison – to deliver life-changing complex care for all our residents.”
