Domiciliary care company Baywater Healthcare has appointed Diane Gray as commercial director.

As part of her role, Gray (pictured) aims to strengthen the firm's home oxygen service and expand its other respiratory homecare and remote monitoring telehealth programmes.

Gray joined Baywater from Care UK, where she was director of urgent care from November 2013 until July 2014. She spent nearly six years as operations director at Alliance Medical from January 2008 until October 2013.
