BMI Healthcare, the UK’s largest private hospital group, has appointed Richard Gregory to the role of director of market engagement.
Gregory brings 12 years of experience working within the private health sector, with a background in healthcare, insurance and international medical assistance. In his new role, he will focus on growing and improving BMI Healthcare’s self-pay service.
Group chief executive Jill Watts said: “The executive team and I welcome Richard to BMI Healthcare. His extensive experience in strategic healthcare management and business development will be an asset to the organisation and we look forward to working together to consolidate BMI Healthcare as the leading provider for UK and international patients.”
Established in 1970, BMI Healthcare today owns 59 hospitals and clinics across England, Scotland and Wales, and is a subsidiary of South Africa-based Netcare.
