Bowmark Capital has promoted Julian Masters to become a new managing partner, alongside current incumbents Kevin Grassby and Charles Ind.

Masters first joined the midmarket firm in 2008 from European Capital, and has led Bowmark’s media and financial services practices.

His step-up is accompanied by Bowmark’s recruitment of Lyceum Capital’s Tom Keen as investment manager, and a promotion for Luca Mastrodonato to business development director.

Mastrodonato joined Bowmark from EY in 2011. In his new role, he takes up responsibility for the firm’s business development, origination and marketing.
