Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Peter Farnes as a partner in its UK healthcare team

Mark Salter has left his post as senior partner at private equity house Bowmark Capital.
Salter was in charge of healthcare deals at Bowmark, which included investments in Healthcare Homes, which was acquired by US REIT Omega Healthcare Investors in 2015, and specialist care provider Glenside.
Charles Ind, joint managing partner at Bowmark, commented: “Mark has made an important contribution to the firm’s investment strategy over the years, and we are indebted to him for the part he has played in Bowmark’s success.”
As a result, David Torbet, a partner at Bowmark (pictured), has been promoted to the senior management committee.
Torbet joined the private equity house just over 10 years ago and has a focus on healthcare and consumer deals.
