Business property advisor Christie & Co has appointed Marlon Schramm as head of healthcare Germany, tasked with building and expanding a healthcare team to provide services to clients in the care home sector, including brokerage services for buying, selling, and leasing care homes, as well as valuations and strategic consulting to help clients navigate the complexities of the German healthcare market.
Schramm worked most recently in BNP’s healthcare services team in Düsseldorf and is experienced in brokerage, consulting and valuation of care homes.
Schramm said: “I am fully dedicated to providing tailored solutions that address the unique challenges faced by care home investors and operators in Germany in these challenging times.”
