Capstone Foster Care has appointed Tim Clayton as area director for the North of England.

Clayton has more than 35 years’ experience as a social worker holding management positions in a variety of settings in the statutory and independent sectors. He has worked in senior management positions in residential childcare and special education settings, child protection teams and adoption and fostering services.
