Residential, nursing and dementia care provider Caring Homes has appointed Julia Bentley as operations director.

Bentley joins Julie Mason, senior operations director, and Adam Wilkins as part of the senior operational team.

She has held a number of senior roles within the care sector over the last 20 years, most recently as managing director for Burlington Care and has a proven track record for driving growth whilst improving compliance, quality and governance.

Bentley said: “I’m looking forward to meeting everyone, including Regional and Home Managers, in our Homes during the next few weeks and together ensuring that we provide the highest quality and standard of care.”
